I lived here for several years and was generally happy, but my experience declined significantly during the last year and especially during move-out. Valet trash service became inconsistent to nearly non-existent despite the continued monthly charge. There was also painting work started around the property that appeared to stop before completion, leaving residents to live with the mess for an extended period. During move-out, there was no communication from management until I received a voicemail that felt unnecessarily aggressive over a minor miscommunication that was resolved within 10 minutes. Don’t waste your time. I’ve been living in the complex for a month now and issues that I’ve had since I’ve moved in have not been addressed. Broken tiles, dents in my door, rust on the mirrored double doors, I’m not sure what that is on my sink…on top of that, I have issues with squirrels ripping into my trash when I leave them out for valet to pick them up. I’ve stopped leaving out my trash because it’s that bad…the squirrels ended up chewing through the trash can in an attempt to get to my trash. I’ve never experienced anything like this… the workers are nice, which is why I’m not giving the complex a 1. But I would highly recommend that you request to tour the actual apartment you’re entering into. I was very underwhelmed.

I gave a lot of time before deciding the review would be necessary. I applied to live here in October after touring a nice unit two years prior. The unit they showed me this time was completely different—small, lacked the homey feel I wanted, and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I mentioned this to my leasing agent, but nothing was confirmed. Under pressure to meet a deadline, I paid all the move-in fees, only to learn they didn’t have the floor plan I expected. I backed out and was told I’d get my $250 fee refunded. Since then, I’ve been getting the runaround—no tracking, no way to contact their “accounting department,” and no clear answers about where my refund is. I’ve been living here for almost six months and have been very grateful for the staff at sable. The holidays are busy and stressful yet the staff has been very responsive and helpful. They do a bunch of events like food trucks and things all the time. I think Marissa and Donny are in charge of those things. They are always very pleasant. The managing team has also been great. English is my second language and their assistant manager Rachel was very patient and helpful especially in explaining financial matters

This place has gone SO downhill in the last few years ever since we got a new property manager. Crazy rent price increases, maintenance people not fixing the problem just bandaiding it, the property manager Rachel is a real pain to deal with. Had a few “fixes” in our apt only for them to be yet again broken within a matter of days. They take forever to respond to maintenance requests. And when they do come to fix it, they leave a giant mess that you get to clean up! Maintenance just drive around in their golf cart completely ignoring any cars. They just drive right in front of you. Got filters changed the other day and they just left then outside in a pile, but then sends out an email asking residents not to litter LMAO! They focus so much on exterior looks and just did a huge repaint just
