Update: We rented from them 2017 - 2021. Our house was built in '46, still had a lot of original charm. When we did call, we received prompt service and friendly staff. I recommend them. Earlier review: We rent a property that S&S manages. The staff has been friendly all around. We met the owners of the property and they are wonderful as well. I am really impressed. We needed a plumber and we were met with prompt, friendly service. I see the poor reviews, but thus far our experience with this company has been stellar.

My previous landlord sold their property & S & S took over as property management. We’ve had a great experience with them. They’re very responsive with communication & any requests.

I've been renting this property for a little over a year now and I've had nothing but positive interactions with the office staff. Anytime there may be an issue I have received a quick response and resolution. I'm really glad I found this property management company they've been the best one I've worked with in a very long time.

We went to look at one of their rental properties. The property was in less than ideal conditions. And had not been updated on many appliances since 1950. But the best part was the flea infestation. When we left the property we had fleas on our clothing, which meant we then had fleas in our car. We spent several days making sure they were exterminated and no longer able to be transmitted into our home, since we have pets. It was super fun to add this stress on to the already stressful pandemic situation. What was even better is when I alerted, first by email that received no response, and then by phone, Bryne, was not only rude but less than concerned about the flea infestation. She let me know she had received my email, but offered no apology, concern, or anything other than "I know". So,

For my first Google review, I'm sad to say that it is in an effort to alert consumers of the poor performance of this company. As customer service is severely lacking with this property management group, and the move-out process was nothing short of a nightmare. I lived in a home under their "care" for 4.5 years and was shocked with their lack of professionalism and quality of service throughout my time with them. As a renter, you want to know that the property you rent is cared for and you matter, with S&S you won't find either. The team is ran by a family unit, so get used to snippy phone calls, and lackluster behavior from Senior all the way to Junior.
