I would never recommend them. I lived in one of there homes. Never would come out to fix anything. Ac unit went out and i had to purchase units for the home. It’s 20 degrees outside and there is no heat. Worst ppl to rent from.

I'm currently in one of their one bdrm homes and I've been living here since September, my power bill has been $300+ every month,really in a one bdrm??? Everytime I go to pay my rent I say something about how poorly insulated this home is and all I got was them wanting me to buy heaters, which is unsafe, and buy insulation for the windows and doors, hell I have never met the owner, but they want this $450 for rent though. I had such high Hope's for this company, but I will NOT be renewing a lease with them, maybe that's why the last tenant left.

The rental property Pake Realty owns at 3925 Brookhill Rd Tuscaloosa, AL 35404 is an absolute shambles and an eyesore. They don't seem to care that their property is a disgrace to an otherwise very nice and well kept neighborhood. Mr. Pake seems to think I should help the tenants clean up. I'd be glad to but, I think that would embarrass them. Besides, he's the one making money off of them. Most landlords require that the property is maintained. The roof and gutters have trees growing.

I rented from this company for 10 years. I must say I was very satisfied with their services and they were very patient and understanding. If I could've purchased my home, I would've never moved...
