I have been using RYBO to manage my rental Property since 2014. I am very satisfied with their service. I receive an electronic, detailed, statement from them once a month with itemized bills and income/expense breakdowns. They are very good with tenant screening and understanding local legal housing laws. The team members I interact with, particularly Kim, are always polite and prompt. The maintenance staff is great too. I always felt that they were a partner to me with shared goals including great housing for tenants and profitability for me. I would recommend them to anyone who wants creative problem solving, efficiency and a company you can trust with your $.

I recently moved out of a unit managed by Rybo Properties, and I want to share my positive experience. Kim was consistently prompt, attentive, and responsive to any concerns or issues I raised. Overall, Rybo Properties has been one of the best property management companies I have rented from.

A company you can trust in St. Louis. I believe I’m a good tenant but I’ve dealt with some pesky landlords. Rybo is exceptional however. I have a hard time trusting companies after a bad experience with a landlord in my college days. I didn’t want to be stuck in another bad situation. Rybo listens to all my concerns as well as great communication and quick response time. And quite literally they saved me at a time when I needed a home the most. Kim at Rybo is a very sweet lady with integrity and has my respect.

Greg truly cares about his properties and tenants. Our Rybo apartment was home for 4 years. The team was not only responsive to any issues but also respected our privacy, always keeping us informed of any planned maintenance. The maintenance contractors he hires were also always friendly and respectful. Calling our great little apartment home for four years which was well managed and always fair helped my husband and I to buy our first home.
