Maplewood Square Apartments

Absolute dump. Does not have enough trash service, trash piles up outside of dumpster each week. They replaced my disabled mother's broken ac unit with another broken unit one day before it was going to be 100 degrees outside, ended up buying my own for her safety. When my mother got sick and ended up in the hospital for a month and they towed her car without any notification. I would recommend everyone to avoid this place at all costs.

I did not have a pleasant experience with applying to rent here. The lady that owns this property and one in Lindenwood Park on Watson really seemed to rush me through the process. I just didn't feel at all at ease with her. Her attitude was so atrocious that I told her to keep my deposit. I'm glad that I did.

I have lived here for almost 8 years. Management has been great, any issues that come up are quickly fixed.

I have been living here for few years now. Never had any problem with the management or maintenance guys. They are friendly & professional.

They patch stuff around here they do not fix nothing my air conditioner will not cut off it runs all the time , the neighbor upstairs water leak down here,then a big bubble was in the wall with water in it inside the paint I burst it and water ran down the wall and the floor my front door need to be replaced but they came out and put weather stripper inside and outside my door and the air still coming here
