We bought our first ever house from Ryan's Legacy and everything started off good. It was a new construction, so we chose our options. Everyone was nice and they gave us an ETA for completion. We signed the docs and paid the deposit. The completion date kept getting delayed so we started asking questions and after a few months of delay they told us that we can move in.
