Arranging a home inspection was very simple and efficient, all of my questions were answered promptly. During the home inspection very thorough notes were documented and any areas of concern were brought to my attention and discussed in person. Phil went above and beyond to provide videos with explanations as well as general good home owner information like how to extend the life of the hvac. Phil was both professional and easy to talk to. He'd provide the technical term for an item and further explain in simple terms what it'd mean to me. The report system used was perfect to go forward and negotiate with the seller things that were identified and of interest to me to be addressed.

Phil and Alyssa recently completed our 11-month inspection on our new construction home, and once again, exceeded every expectation. Phil previously handled our foundation, pre-drywall, and final inspections before we moved in. Especially during this latest inspection, Phil was a lifesaver (literally)! He identified a gas leak in our basement furnace, immediately shut it off, and pointed it out to the Washington Gas technician, who tagged it for repair. We are grateful for his vigilance and expertise! Phil is an amazing home inspector. He is very knowledgeable and professional at what he does. He went above and beyond and didn't just inspect the house and tell us what he found, he educated us and showed us Important things as a new homeowner we should know. We feel like we got the best and gave us a piece of mind.
