I recently purchased a home with Ryan Homes and had a great experience working with Tuck and Lyle. I’ll be honest, I’m usually a little skeptical of salespeople. But from the start, I felt comfortable with Tuck and her team. She was straightforward and honest, and I could tell she meant what she said. She mentioned that prices were going up $5K the next day, which is a common sales tactic, so I took it with a grain of salt. I decided to move forward anyway, and sure enough, the prices did go up exactly as she said. That built a lot of trust for me right away. As first time homebuyers, I believed the process would have been a lot more stressful but it was so smooth. I had a great team by me the whole entire way. Tuck was super welcoming, informative, and super helpful every step of the way even with things that weren’t part of her duties (she always found a way to help with my million questions). Lyle kept us informed of the building process and he does so great with communication!! Lastly, the loan portion handled by an amazing team as well, Daniel, Blake, and Matt were great.
