Ryan homes cross keys. Their customer service is no good. These homes are right next to the high way and it is very noisey. The 2nd week of moving in my ceiling was leaking and they have yet to change the ceiling where it leaked. My bedroom door knob was broken the 1st day of moving in, walls had cracks and weren't even. Air vents broken,cheap paint, carpet was stained a few electrical sockets weren't working. The list goes on! They are also still building homes and leave nails everywhere. I have a 2 month old brand new car with a flat tire and they refused to be responsible for it! How nice!
It's just a small playground in a housing development. Has a basketball court.
The team at Ryan Homes was nothing but outstanding during the whole home building purpose. Everyone was so helpful and understanding and made the process so smooth!
Ryan Homes does good work but I always seem to find spots that forgot to finish!
