Eric Russo, the sales representative that I’ve worked with from the beginning of my journey has been very helpful and responsive in answering all my questions. He has always been available when I’ve need help with last minute questions in getting all the items needed to make the transition into my new home as smooth as possible. Conor Haden has done an excellent job of keeping me up to date on the progress of building my new home. He worked with me in setting up the closing dates earlier than was originally discussed. Our experience so far has been a positive one. Our sales rep, Susan Miller, has been a great partner through the buying process. She is a very welcoming person, honest and knows the community very well. She has been very helpful during the selection and design process and went out of her way to make sure we understood our options. Ryan Homes has a very detailed process through the purchasing and home building process. They broke ground on our home last week and we are hopefully the positive experience continues. Regarding The Preserve at Weatherby housing development, we believe it is the best available 55+ community in South Jersey. We toured many others but kept coming back and ultimately made a decision to build a home within the development.

From that moment, Caesar and I walked into the model home and Eric Russo introduced himself, we have only praise. Eric was so warm and welcoming. He was very patient with us and did not rush us through our tour. He allowed us to take photos. He sat and answered all our questions and did not pressure us. We loved the model, the way it was appointed, the choices that are offered and the quality of the workmanship. When you have a quality product, it speaks for itself. Our new home is being built now. Mary has been wonderful since the beginning of this process. Mary and Connor have both been very professional, knowledgeable and super helpful. Connor updates us every Friday. We are very excited to move into our new home.
