Although this was the sellers agent, Maryanne from Old World Realty was very unprofessional and rude at closing. She repeatedly made rude and unnecessary comments at the table during closing about our agent and was outright embarrassing herself. It made everyone very uncomfortable. She thought she was being funny when in reality, she sounded like a child who didn't get her way. If you want to work with an adult, go somewhere else.
Maryann is an Angel. Great with taxes. She is a great people person. Would definitely recommend her.
