I just wanted to write and say how great the entire staff is at the Ryan Home neighborhood " The Preserve at Muir Woods" is. Jackie is absolutely amazing, not only is she great and fun to be around she makes the entire process of picking out your home seamless and easy. She literally knows the answer to every question in seconds and offers her own experience and opinion on what works where and how. I never would have anticipated the process of buying a home would be this simple and well planned. Our project manager, Steve was also just as great! We were informed of major steps happening to our home. He would continue to reach out to us keep us a part of the construction process. If we had an individual question his response was prompt and thorough. We are so beyond thankful for the team

Since we are interested in buying a new home, we wanted to see the Ryan model home in Muir Woods at 1:30 pm on Sat. Dec.18, 21. We didn't know that you could only see the model home with an appointment. There was no visible sign indicating "Only Appointment." except before entering the model home. We were treated in such a rude, obnoxious manner by a guy who opened the door. "Hey folks, what you want, what can I do?" then we noticed the sign just before entering the house at the door "Only Appointment." We were shocked at how this builder representative acted and treated a potential client. Then no comment closed the door on our face. I would NEVER go to this place again and NEVER do business with RYAN HOMES.

Tony and Steve did a great job designing and constructing our home. They simplified the process and addressed all our questions and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Well done, fellas! 5 stars to Ryan Homes!
