Ryan Homes at Middle Creek Preserve

We purchased our home four years ago. We are in middle Creek preserve on kirkwood DR. Our siding is melting and the heat being projected from our neighbors windows are now breaking our windows. We’ve mailed certified letters to the siding company and try calling, and no one has responded in the last six months. Ryan Home has turned the blind eye to our problem. We need help!!!

I recently purchased a new construction home in Middle Creek Preserve in Lewes, DE. This would be my very first venture into world of having a custom home built. So, when I commenced my journey with Ryan Homes, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Enter Jason Ohnmacht as our extremely dedicated Project Manager. Jason went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Jason is a highly knowledgeable and engaged professional. He is responsive and quite adept and managing the client’s expectation with a keen eye for detail. I say all this to convey Jason is truly an asset and Ryan Homes is lucky to have him as an employee.

We have had a great experience since day one. Laura has been great in helping us through the process of building a home.

I am following up on the review I posted last year when my home was completed. I have now been in my home for almost a year and I am just as happy now as I was then. I have been dealing with the Warranty Department over the past months and must say that I have been pleasantly surprised by the response time, as well as the quality of work. Also, the Warranty Manager, Fran, is exceptional! He never fails to follow-up to make sure that all repairs were completed to my satisfaction. I would be remiss if I did not mention that any needed repairs were minor. There have been no major issues with my home at all! I recently built my new home at Ryan Homes at Middle Creek. We are in the beginning phase of building a new home and so far it has been a pleasant experience. Ryan Homes was the only builder willing to work with us in regards to our current situation. We have met a few neighbors along the way and they were very welcoming. We can't wait for construction to begin...hopefully soon!
