I recently had the pleasure of working with Annette Beatrice at the Lost Tree Preserve development in Vero Beach. If you are looking for new construction, I highly recommend asking for Annette in the Sales Office. She was very kind and patient with us. We really had no idea what we wanted but she guided us and made suggestions that truly showed she listened to what we were asking for. That's such an important trait in a Sales representativeand Annette really gets it. Besides the fact that she is super sweet and very funny as well. She made us feel comfortable and confident with the Ryan Homes experience. My husband and I both highly recommend this development and especially Annette Beatrice for your home buying experience in Vero Beach.

We were very impressed with our experience with Ryan Homes! This was our first home we’ve ever built and it was completed from start to finish at the time they designated— actually, two weeks early how exciting! Annette was our sales woman and helped me and my husband Steve through the buying process every step of the way! Very patient and kind. Also, Carson, our project manager was amazing! Kept us up-to-date week by week with videos making us feel even more excited! We look forward to our new adventure in Vero Beach and the friends we will make! My husband and I stumbled across Ryan Homes right after the hurricanes in October. We knew we were quickly outgrowing our current house as we wanted to continue building our family. Mitchell with NVR Mortgage has been very helpful with answering any of our finance related questions, and their portal is user-friendly to upload documents. We were promised a home to be ready in 6 months and the team has delivered! We cannot wait to move in to our new home next month!
