Ryan Homes at Ivy Commons

Although we ultimately did not become buyers, we did appreciate the professionalism and time that Matt Garr took with us in answering our questions and extensively explaining the process and all the details related to buying a Ryan Home. He is clearly an asset to Ryan Homes and his customers.

Have had a really great experience as a first-time home buyer. Kristin Dolan was exceptional and incredibly friendly! She explained the entire process and answered all my questions. It has by far been a wonderful experience for such an exciting time in my life! Cannot wait to see the finished house and be able to finally live in it!

Editing and changing my rating: I was contacted one day after leaving a 1 star review. Unfortunately it took leaving a 1 star to get a response. Our build process went relatively easily and well, just lack of communication during and after has been really frustrating. Thankful for answers but still doesn’t account for previous lack of communication. Original review: We’re really exhausted of not getting any response from the office to any inquiries and questions we submit through the website or email. When will the tot lot/playground be installed into the community park? We’ve inquired before with no answer. The sign said Spring ‘23 and it’s now changed to Fall ‘23 with no updates as to if it’s even going to be there or not.
