Ryan Homes at Harbour View Townes

First incident last year, my car was towed without warning. I had to find out afterwards through word of mouth, not signs. The second incident last year, I woke up and walked out around 6am to see my car driver window shattered and once again by word of mouth, I found out there had been a rash of break ins.

Cat and Dwight with Ryan Homes in Suffolk’s Harbour View Townes community have been great. Working with Cat has been a home buyers dream. She makes you feel like family and I can really tell that she had my best interest at heart. Same with Dwight, by far the best loan officer I have ever worked with. Very informative and detailed. He definitely has your best interest at heart as well! Highly recommend!

Our new home is in the process of being built. Cat Marin has been friendly, patient, quick to respond, thorough, and professional. Anderson Hall our project manager has answered every question we have thrown at him with patience and professionalism. He has also called and sent us pictures of the progress of our new home. We have been extremely pleased with our experience so far.

My experience so far has been nothing but AMAZING ! Ryan Homes is very lucky to have such an amazing person like Cat , that’s good at what she does working there ! Can’t forget about our loan processor Dwight that was very knowledgeable and helping me and my fiancé through the loan process . Counting down the days and I can’t thank these two enough , through my process so far . Thank you !

Great place to live with great neighbors! Close to shopping, restaurants, hospitals, fire station, so many great and useful places! One thing I’d like to point out though, we decided to live here because we were told on our first visit that the residents here would have access to the pool & amenities at the new apartments next door. That was literally our deciding factor to go ahead and write up the contract. Well, shame on me for not getting that in writing. I verified before we moved in in June with the apartment manager next door & she said that that’s not true, & that I am only one of several new residents here who have asked. Since moving in & meeting other neighbors, we were all told that & it is not true. What is crazy is that of all things, there is a dog park. Yes, I understand
