Ryan Homes, you've done it again. When I saw that Ryan Homes advertised single family homes in my price range, I didn't hesitate to sign up for the VIP list. As a previous Ryan Homes customer, I knew what to expect and they didn't disappoint. The whole team is Amazing. My sales rep Amber and her counterpart Michael have been excellent with keeping me informed while waiting for the release of this community until my contract signing. Knowing that I can contact Amber with questions during this process and response time make me worry less about my new home. This is my first home! Ryan Homes has made the entire process super easy. Starting with Michael, he was easy to work with, explained everything, and the sales contract went off without any issues. Then Travis from the mortgage team took over. He is friendly and hard working. Throughout the approval process he answered any questions in atimely manner- and his answers are easy to understand. Then to round it off, Joseph is my construction project manager. Over the past two and half months he has done a great job, I receive weekly updates with pictures. The updates are easy to understand, and always let me know the next steps. I moved in yesterday! Joseph was here to provide the pre settlement inspection - very impressed.
