Nikki our sales girl was the most helpful when it came to me dealing with color choices! She went above and beyond with my indecisiveness. Drew was so thorough with our weekly updates and sent us pictures/videos! He walked us through our house build each step of the way! Laura has been patient with us with helping our daughter get her mortgage together! We are in our home and our daughter moves next door to us in December! From the moment we met Nikki, we knew we wanted to work with her on the purchase of our home at Compass Point. She was so professional, kind and just awesome. Nikki went above and beyond when it came to finalizing our purchase agreement. Always got back to us in a timely manner when we had questions or concerns. Shortly after discovering the beautiful development of Compass Point, we scheduled an appointment with Nikki to talk about floor plans and possibilities. From the start, she was so warm and friendly and made us feel welcome. Her knowledge and expertise of walking us through choosing what a house might look like made it all so pleasant. We left our first meeting with her feeling excited and encouraged. She would reach out to us regularly asking if we had questions and keeping us up to date with what was happening in the deveopment. When we began whittling it down to what we needed and wanted she was very helpful and truly did whatever she could to help us make the best decisions for us. We could not ask for better and are so grateful we met with her to begin this process.

The most beautiful house we’ve owned! (And that includes our first home in California). The work done by Drew was amazing! A+ They are willing to fix things within the first year and offer a paint redo within the first 11 months. Nicole was so nice to work with! This community is peaceful and has a gym, splash pad for kids, and a nice pool with swim up chairs. It has a resort-like feel to it.
