Ryan Homes at Brooks Landing

Love the Neighborhood, very quiet, close to US 1 and a few miles from the I 95. It is tucked away from traffic and quite secluded. Perfect to Raise a family or be Retired. This is our 2nd home with Ryan and we Trust them to take care of us. Thank you Tim the Building Manager and Tommy the Sales Consultant for being terrific. Love the Chain of Lakes Park, walk there all the time!

I have to say this is the best built home we have ever had. I am very particular and have asked for the smallest details to be taken care of under the Warranty. They have always come through in a timely manner and always followed up. The staff is very friendly and have answered any question we could think of. I have enjoyed the process of getting a home built by Ryan Homes. I had the experience over 44 years ago in Annapolis, Maryland and I still own the home. I liked the fact their are cost effective and efficient at building a home. The home was well built and has served me well. I was excited to see Ryan homes building in Titusville nearby to a property I own. The sales agents Randy Harmon and Tommy Medwin provided great sales support during the purchase and build. She is attentive to all questions and answers them in an effective, timely manner. Sales person Mary was great and the loan manager Terry was was great. The selection of materials and colors to personalize the home was very poor. This is my 3rd new home that part of the process was all most a deal breaker. The location and proximity to family was the only reason why we continued.
