Ryan Homes at Amber Ridge

I recently purchased a home at Amber Ridge. I love the staff! Janice, Chris and Ronnie were very informative and professional. This is my first home, so I had MANY MANY questions and they each took time to answer every one. The team was timely with responses and making accommodations for me. I feel comfortable and trust them. Buying a home is a major investment and you are in good hands with this builder and team. I contracted an outside inspector and he was highly impressed, noting that it was a well built home. I love my home and can not wait to move in! I would highly recommend Amber Ridge!

When looking for a new home in Bowie I knew I wanted to live in a new townhome. Amber Ridge was definitely the answer. They offered the exact floorplan that suited our needs and pricing was definitely in line with the market in the Bowie area! Cannot wait to meet my future neighbors at Amber Ridge!

We couldn't have asked for a better team to build our home. Janice Clagett (Sales Rep), Chris Overend and Ronnie Orie, the Project Manager and Production Supervisor keep us 100% in the loop, answered our million questions, and has guided us through the entire process. Every 2 weeks we would receive updates on the build with pictures. Extremely fast communication too from Janice (even on her days off) which has made everything stress free! We are eagerly waiting to move in!
