Rented from a building that hired these RyanCo to manage the building. They promptly tried to DOUBLE our rent even though we'd been model tenants for 15 years and never even been late on a rent payment. We moved out and found a much better place. Cleaned the property, having a hunch they'd keep our security deposit no matter that we did. We were correct. They kept the deposit even though the space was cleaned and left in the same condition we took it 15 years before. Trashy company, avoid them if possible.

Jack Kirby who works for this company is extremely rude. His head got to big being a higher up.

For a company from Minnesota they lack the spirit of the state and the communities in which they reside. Their bully slumlord behavior at high level commercial buildings is pathetic at best. Save yourself some trouble and a large amount of headache and rent from someone else when you need retail space!

They lie to you and don't investigate when you're lied about. I have undeniable proof that their Superintendent Dalton Wallace is a liar and they refuse to investigate. If you are fresh out of college with no clue what you're doing this is a great job for you. Just make sure you always say that's not my job, and you'll fit right in.
