I am a Instacart driver . I delivered 22 soda cases to ur buisness. Upon arrival there was instructions on where to go. I could not find exactly where but I was instructed to go to security. I kindly asked Tiffany ( who the account was under) if they had any carts for the 22 CASES OF SODA. She was nasty to me. She spoke to me like I was a child. Demanding that I should have had my own cart. Instacart doesn’t require to have one. She kept talking down to me. Giving me nasty and rude attitude. If this is the face of the company, if this is the first person people deal with when calling or delivering things.. u have a big problem on your hands . I have never been spoken to that nasty ever.Tiffany (or the front desk woman) should do better at treating people right. I would never recommend this
