Termites, Mold, Leaks & building code violations. They will desperately cling to any penny of your deposit. They like to intimidate any prey on their tenants.
Done a make redy on a unit paint, clean, change appliances. But seams like a nice place friendly neighbor and seem like it was a quiet place
