Wonderful place to rent from. Managers are always responsive and are very quick to resolve any issues I've had. Christian is very respectful and patient. Walked me thru everything. It was my first apartment and he explained everything making it very easy for me to start my new chapter. 5 stars for sure.

This is a long overdue review, but I wanted to share a note to shoutout the amazing Joanne of RX Realty LLC. We are renting one of the properties under her management, and from start to finish, she has been incredibly kind, helpful, patient and responsive. Whenever we had an issue, she was fast to offer a solution and/or help out - even if it means swinging by herself. Renting from a property manager can be unpredictable, and often times, you really don't know what you're getting, but Joanne has been such a bright light during this time. My partner and I are so grateful for her. She's also fun, witty and very brilliant too. A pure delight. Overall, we've enjoyed working with Joanne. She made this such a pleasant and stress-free experience. Big fan!

Typical Slum Lord. IMO. We moved into a dirty, run down hobbled together house. We lived there 6 years and seldom were repairs done in a timely proper manner. Probably 1 whole year combined without a dryer. We were charged for stuff we put service orders in for the entire 6 years. Charged to update old misfitting, heat damaged blinds. Charged about 200 to replace 8 light bulbs that were dead when we moved in. We didn't have time to leave the property the way we wanted because the housing market was and is still insane and we had trouble finding a place. She did send a balance to collections without any contact with us we would have moved sooner but both my wife and I are disabled so moving is very difficult. We now can't rent at other places despite us paying on time for the past 20 years

If I could put negative I would. We rented a house from them for 6 years. The first property manager had her husband " fix" things. It was dirty when we moved in. They replaced the fridge with her daughters that lived in the neighborhood. When it went bad they didn't fix it, so we had to buy one. The microwave never worked, they gave us one to go on the counter, the stove glass broke and didn't heat right, but they never fixed it. We had numerous leaks under sink in kitchen that the island was falling apart. When we moved out they didn't give us a move out sheet sent it to collections with fake info. We did leave broken windows due to my son who had mental issues. We couldn't fix it and move out so we new they would keep the deposite. But they are charging us over 7000 for stuff that I hav

This company has been an absolute dream to work with. My wife and I were not allow to renew our prior lease due to the sale of the house. This company speedily and with great heart helped us see the home and got us in quick! I recommend them in every way possible! Great bunch of folks!
