These people are the absolute worst. Unfortunately, a zero or negative star rating is not an option. I’m not sure if it’s them alone or a combination of them and the petty people on a power trip (Kevin & Paige Elder and Lynn Martin) who hired them. They have yet to respond to questions, phone calls, or emails. They have sent violation notices for things that have never been enforced in our neighborhood ever and have been either extremely slow to respond to questions or have not responded at all. The neighborhood board has been hiding behind them so they don’t have to answer for their illegal, unethical, and immoral actions. I do NOT recommend this company.

RuBec provides professional and reliable services for both property owners and tenants. We have rented through this company for over 5 years and have never had a bad experience. Pia and Chadayle, specifically, have been on the frontlines of communication and have always been kind, streamlined services, and resolved any maintenance requests quickly and efficiently.

RuBec Properties have managed my properties for over five years and it has been an amazing partnership. Pia, Hattie, and the rest of the team are professionals who communicate promptly and effectively. They are personable and customer centric. I cannot see anyone else managing my properties.
