I have had a good experience working with RSC Associates Property management. Susan Critser is a kind woman, she went through the application/approval process with me, she showed kindness to me and my daughter; who accompanied me to finalize our lease. I found the whole ordeal easy, any issues I have had as a tenant, or even concerns, Susan has personally addressed. Everyone who I have interacted with, when submitting rental payments have all treated me with respect.

You live on property. They take your rent money. That's it. Don't call them. Don't email them.Typical rental property management company. Property controller, Susan is a real problem. Zero positive response on anything - NO -. people skills, never available, never responds but give her angry, inexperienced onsite property manger K to do her dirty work. Disconnected, uncaring, never available, heartless, cold blooded, senior citizen property manger who decides autonomously your comfort and security hangs on her decisions.

If zero stars was available i would select that option what an absolute nightmare of a company to have to deal with ! Stay far away from them!! They care about rent but wont fix mold in a unit but as soon as rents late look out !!

Jack with RSC associates has been amazing to work with since we first toured our home. He is friendly, down to earth and great with communication when it's needed. He has promptly addressed any issues we've had in the last year regarding any maintenance needed, including recently addressing an insulation issue. Thank you so much for all you've done, Jack, and thank RSC for still providing great service as a landlord which is rare in today's world.

My experience with rsc and jack had been nothing but good up until about a month ago and I had always intended on leaving a good review once I moved out. However, SUSAN (also goes by KATIE?) completely ruined the experience of this leasing agency. She should be demoted to a position where she cannot be rude and ignore customers if they value their customers or buildings in the slightest. This woman cannot even be bothered to return a text and clearly has 0 experience managing these properties as she immediately accused us of improperly paying our rent while she did not even know how we have been paying it for literal YEARS. We had water leaking into our apartment and mold everywhere but its not like she cares to even text us back! So sad the dive in customer support that this company has t
