This has been one of the most stressful and unacceptable experiences I have ever had as a tenant. The building’s basement flooded with approximately 4 feet of water, submerging the PSE&G electrical meters and creating a serious fire and electrocution hazard. Residents were told to evacuate immediately. When I asked the property manager where we were supposed to go, there was silence and no guidance was provided. Many residents were left confused and without any place to go. Because management did not clearly explain the severity of the flooding at first, some residents did not immediately leave. One employee then spoke to residents in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner and threatened to call the police if people did not leave, as if residents were trespassing in their own homes. T

RPM is the WORST run company I've ever dealt with. The Property Managers & Office Staff NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES OR RETURN VOICEMAILS, EMAILS & TEXTS!!! If blowing Tenants Off was a Sport, they are the Micheal Jordon of it!!! If giving ZERO Stars was available, that would be their score!! DO YOUR JOB, FOR ONCE!!!!

Currently being targeted and harassed by the property manager. I’ve been threatened and everyone one that I reach out to doesn’t seem to answer calls or emails.

Property managers, supers , just horrible. I’ve sent out emails, texts, calls- no follow up. Being double charged on services already paid for. Unable to contact anyone to obtain clarity but they’re quick to send you a removal notice. Super does a horrible job cleaning the building - yes they wanna do walk throughs with investors who really should know what is going on with the people in charge of their investments! You get what you pay for her for sure.

The property manager is horrible and concord residents and she likes to pick out some people and not really good for development we disabled and need people skills witch she doesn’t have
