RP Funding

If I could give a 0 star, I totally would. They owe me a big check since June of 2025 for homestead credit that was issued in June by Orange County. Conveniently that check has never made to me; I have been calling and emailing them since July. I called in the beginning of January; they said it will take 30-60 days. I still have not received my refund. I called to follow up, they say if you don't get it by February 5, call us again. And what? Wait for another 30-60 from that time? I asked to speak to the manager; this guy sounded like a broken machine; I asked for his manager, she sounded like a broken machine as well - delegating tasks to me ( a paying customer) to do their job - call again in another 30 days, send an email to research department.. What?! I have been doing this since July

After a few days of phone tag with them I got my funding elsewhere, over a month later I still receive multiple voicemails from them each day. Poorly organized and desperate.

I recently refinanced my home with RP Funding and the experience could not have been more professional and expedient. Exactly like the advertisements say, I paid no closing costs and they were not added back into my loan either like nearly every other lender in the market does. I have excellent credit and could have gone to any lender of my choosing but RP Funding offered the most competitive rates and programs to fit my needs. Each and every member of the RP Funding team that I worked with were very professional, made sure I understood the process and treated me like a customer not just another refi to chalk up on the books. Horrible customer service. Would never recommend working with them. Have a mortgage with them for over 9 years. Have been on autopsy for every month. I had to make a change with bank accounts, so I called to cancel autopay temporarily . I sent a check. They processed it incorrectly and sent me a notice. I called back they apologized and fixed it. I set up autopay again but sent the next payment by check because they said it will take over a month for autopay to become active. They posted the check as principal only sent me a missed payment bill and late fees. I had to call again. They could not give me a reason for the mistake, but ultimately fixed it. This month they ran the autopay then reversed it. To avoid a late fee I sent a payment from the same bank account online. This went throug
