Showed up with my wife and kids excited to tour their model homes. Greeted by a friendly lady at the desk. Out of the blue, Cruella Deville whips around the corner to interrupt and refuses to show us any homes because she overheard we were from out of state. Totally unprofessional. When asked, she said that all the homes were locked and that she was "too busy" to show them. We were the only customers present. Literally the only people there. Me, my wife, and my two young kids. I stood there in shock not knowing how to respond to this incredibly unprofessional and rude woman. Thankfully, my wife made the right decision for me and we just walked out the door. After much research, I selected Roy's as my choice for my first home, and I couldn't be happier! Janet and Joe are both fantastic, and have treated me with a level of professionalism and courtesy that I've found to be lacking in several other modular home dealers in the area. Pricing, communication, and quality have all been top notch. I can't recommend them or their team highly enough. Five stars!

My wife and I stopped in to look at modular homes. After the woman asked what our budget was we were told that they do not sell single wide trailers and acted as if were were not good enough for their time. Do not waste your time going to these people, they order their homes from the same places that other retailers do and charge what seems like double.

My wife and I stopped in yesterday go just look around at the houses. Lady perceived to ask where we were from, after we told her she stated we "Wasted our time coming" and the guy in the back who didn't even have the decency to come out yelled "do they have land?" We said no and he replied "well that doesn't help us at all" horrible customer service from these two individuals and I would not recommend anyone to go at all.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place is absolutely garbage. They refused to show us any homes. If you enjoyed being talked down too this is the best place to go to. Otherwise, I wouldn’t waste your time. Trash. I have been treated better at a used car lot than this place.
