I was so disappointed in this place. There were roaches running all over. They spray for them approx 1 or 2 times a month. When they spray the Roaches run from 1 apartment to another. The entrance & stairs entering the complex is really filthy . Management is horrible !!
The water electricity heating and gas is all included in your monthly rent which is income based. Animals under 10 pounds are allowed. Quite time is 10pm to 7am. The people that live here keep to themselves no real issues with them. A nice park is up top. The matnice is free and they do their job. Grass is mowed and show is shoveled.
The place itself was great!!! Aside from one lady, Shelia White, the people were rude & nosey!!! They should screen their residence a little better. Especially the one in 10-D!!!! He was extremely rude!!!!!
these are apts for disabled and some housin offer to people who cant afford housin
