i am beyond disappointed and upset with how this property handles tenants with disabilities. a close friend of mine submitted valid esa documentation, which one manager acknowledged and approved only for another manager to completely contradict that decision and threaten eviction. the lack of consistency, compassion, and understanding of federal esa protections is alarming. no tenant should be put through this level of stress or fear simply because staff members can’t agree or follow the law. watching someone be pushed toward giving up their emotional support animal — the very thing helping them manage anxiety — is heartbreaking and unacceptable. management needs serious training on fair housing and esa accommodations. this experience alone would make me strongly reconsider ever living h

This place will give you the absolute run-around! They make you pay the application fee for each adult if you are not married, and then will not even return your call. They are liars! I put in an application and have perfect credit and a clean background and still no reply after 2 months. You will call, they will lie to you telling you they will call you back but they will not. They said that they have apartments ready for move in, but when you ask about moving in they say they are still working on the apartments???

A friend of mine lived there was absolutely disgusting maintenance person didn't know what he was doing anything had 2 b done took days like fixing leaks, kitchen, lights this place isn't my ideal home it should b condemned

Because the Landlord will not do there job right when another person is staying with someone else that lives there already and knows what is going on wrong right before their eyes
