Due to their policy my food ruined that I had literally just bought.. it was due to Management that my Fridge wasn’t Looked at and replaced Nearly 48 hours later. Still Waiting on upper management to Replace the part of the food they caused to ruin. A bunch of hurry up And wait and non communication is the problem With the investors management company.

They Have Way To Many Rules, They Don’t Supervise The Surroundings Like Their Suppose To They Go Off What People Who Live Their Say. When I Moved In Their Were A Lot Of Buds Already All Over The Back Half Of The Apartments. Once I Went Out Of Town They Definitely Asked The Neighbors Whose It Was And They Immediately Blamed All Of It On Me And The Office Went Through With It! Which Is Very Unprofessional I’ve Seen Multiple Of People Smoking Inside And Outside Their Apartments And Walking Around The Exact Area Smoking But Since I Mind My Business I Haven’t Said Anything To Them If Their Office Was Doing The Proper Surveillance They Would’ve Been Knew About All The People Smoking Around The Premises And Wouldnt Have To Rely On Say So! They Also Don’t Give You Your Space As A Person Who Lives

They keep it free of bad things, people, and have upgraded the apartments

I live at pecan pointe and its a beautiful peaceful place to live
