One the best playgrounds for kids in San Diego! Literally better than any park here in the imperial beach! We love it.

Moved in everything was great up until a couple weeks later I started noticing ROACHES. Management was told various times and they could not fix the issue. Ricardo disclosed that the neighbors upstairs were INFESTED and they refused to fumigate and they were going to evict them (I’m pretty sure that was a violation of privacy) I decided to break the lease HOWEVER on top of that they STOLE my deposit. They need to lower their rent prices to match the living standards. Absolutely disgusting, unfair, and dishonest.

I have never experienced such great management as I have at Royal Village with Latoya. She goes above beyond for her residence. Anytime, I have a request or a question. She is speedy with her responses and assistance. On top of that she is super kind! Ever since they switch management to her, I’ve had nothing but great experiences

I’ve lived in these apartments for about 3 years now the 1st year and half was not the greatest experience with the original rental managment and never got updates to my request nor follow through. Some how we got blessed with new managment team and Tannia from Royal Village team is by far the best property managment out there. My requests have been followed through and never do I feel like I have to stress about a thing here. She’s very professional and prompt being the main contact in this office she will call if not email on status and definitely is very knowledgeable in all matters. Thank you Tannia for being a positive person and hard working member of this community!

I lived @ the 1453 building for two years. It was nice and quiet, never had any problem with neighbors. Tannia the manager and I believe her assistant manager Rosa were really nice. I knew Tannia for two years and she was friendly and helpful. I can say this was the nices apartments complex I've ever lived. I bought a condo and moved if not I would have been still there. Will recommend this complex for sure.
