Royal Sentry

I just moved to Cincinnati, Ohio and was approved through Incline Remax for this apartment here at Royal Sentry. During the walk through the lady had cleaned up the hallways of the buildings and things that needed to be finished were written down, yet promised to be corrected until the day of me moving in. I was told a foreigner purchased the complex, nothing has been fixed( in the 3 months of living here) and the section 8 girl next door to me leaves trash in the hallway every other day and plays Loud music all night. No Respect, It's Nasty, And Maintenance told me the owner will not be fixing any of the broken down patio screens on balcony. Smh, I wished I NEVER SIGNED THIS LEASE

I live there some years ago that place was good the first 5 to 6 years. I went to visit some friends their and I was very shocked of what I seen. Dog shit on the ground they told me they allow dogs now in the Apt I believe them cause the hall stinks so bad I had to turn around and go back outside. That place is not worth living in. If I have to give a rating it would be no stars☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️.

Parking lot torn up pretty bad Dumpsters way over full they need empty at least twice weekly or another one put In, complex is way to big for what they have and a lot of unfriendly tenants....only reason I even score this hight is because of the hard work the A&J employees are putting in. A lot of dedication and amazing job from these guys, maybe by end of year this will truly be a great place to call home!!

Average apartment complex in the good nothing remarkable about it either way except for the driveway and lot are in great need of being repaved because of large pot holes

Quick and easy exits right out Harrison Ave close to everything
