Royal Pointe Apartments

My experience at Royal Pointe has been pleasant, staff has been very attentive to our needs. The office manager Jessica is very understanding and easy going, meeting every request and communicating with us when needed without delay. Maintenance crew is great and has responded with haste to our needs. Had the pleasure to enjoy the beautiful pool this past Summer with my daughter. Very well kept and clean. Love the sense of community at Royal Pointe. The gym is amazing and the premises are always kept clean and during Summer season , well maintained. For sure a place we love to call home. 🥰💕

We met with Jessica last week for a walk through...She's very polite, friendly and extremely informative. She answered all of my questions without hesitation and wasn't being pushy at all. We weren't encouraged to fill out paperwork or sign anything until we were comfortable. The property is actually quite decent...

I moved here a few months ago. My newly renovated apartment is amazing. It is very quiet, sometimes I forget that it is an apartment complex. Since I have been here they have upgraded the dog parks, playground and installed a fabulous gym and a game room. I can not wait for the pool to open!

We moved here in August with my boyfriend and we are so happy. Location is great , very convenient, we have lots of amenities that are included with the rent. It’s like living in a resort 🤗 The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The also, allow pets and there are two dog parks. In the summer, I certainly enjoyed the pool, there are picnic tables, basketball courts, frisbee golf and so many things to enjoy. Management is excellent, so helpful , Jessica helped us with everything since day one, super pleasant and efficient. Lauren as well very kind and has always a welcoming smile whenever you enter the club house.

Although we have not personally moved into this complex yet, We have been thoroughly impressed with Jessica and her attention to detail. She is so refreshing to be around, And makes life at Royal point seem truly beyond desirable. She’s such a breath of fresh air. The complex itself is so stunning, And she is always a bounty of helpful information. She is always so cool and collected, And willing to help. She really is a treasure to the community at Royal pointe.
