Royal Pines Apartments

I’ve lived at Royal Pines for 8 years. I’ve seen the highs and lows of the old management company and the ambitions of the new company (Red Tail Residential) running this place. They have put a lot of work into making the grounds look vibrant and new, but we are not getting the TLC as residents that we need at the moment. Rent increases are rather steep given the age and quality of the interiors of apartments here. They have also removed the mail slot at the office for easier access to drop off rent, and limited the hours of operation for one of the laundry rooms. That makes it difficult when you are on your own schedule. The property manager here is lovely, and works really hard to help anyone that needs it. She’s great! I gave it a 3 because it happened Friday night and I called the emergency maintenance number and no one showed up until Monday. Which inconvenient yes would if been fine if someone could of communicated that information with me. Mary Rogers.

It's been a while so it's nice to be able to see traversing the staircase, especially when you are handicapped.

My family and I have lived here since 2018. I love it here. Best apartment complex I have lived at. Yes it’s older, but so are most of the other apartments I have lived at. Here they listen to you and when you do have maintenance issues you are greeted by a very nice employee who communicates and helps. I really love this community and the manager is really nice and helpful.

Great place to live! Family friendly, mostly quiet, great apartment layouts &pricing. Management is always available and super helpful.
