Royal Palms Apartments

Just want to say that Felipa the manager is amazing! Anytime I've had a problem concerned she has always helped me and got it resolved. I love her personality and she is a great fit for the job! I have lived in this complex for 13 years and I've seen managers come and go but she is by far the best! Please do not get rid of her we need a person like her to manage this place!

Very close community where everyone knows everything. It's not to big so you feel ignored, but just big enough you don't feel creeping eyes on you. The big tree in the front of apartments is also a must see thing. It's so big around it would take 4 or 5 people to reach completely around it.

I have lived here for a year now and I cannot express how great everyone is. Everyone in the office is amazing and has been such a great help when it comes to any problems that arise. Manny especially takes his time out and fixes what is needed in my apartment. I have already told multiple people to move in. I don’t plan on moving any time soon. Thank you to everyone here.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Apartments are infested with roaches and staff will not help! Tried getting out of a lease due to roaches in my fridge, cabinets clothes for nearly 6 months and staff will not allow!
