Royal Palms Apartments

This was a great apartment that I am only leaving because I am leaving Louisiana. The maintenance was always quick to fix issues, the area was quiet, & the apartments themselves are very nice. Move in was a clean and welcoming experience & move out was quick.

I’ve lived in 4 different states and had to move more than 10x in the span of 13 years. Considering my rental experience, Royal Palms has been the best so far—from maintenance to the leasing agents to the property manager and the other staff. They’re all awesome!

Royal Palms Apartments are a excellent place to live. I visit my friends here often and I am considering leasing one. The place is very clean and the apartments are kept up to the highest standards. Yancy is very dependable and professional and gets things fixed in a hurry if any problems at all. He was very respectful and nice to us. The apartments are all super clean. Maintenance is very sweet! Came in 1 day he offered to come back the next day because he could tell that we were very sleepy

I have been living at Royal Palms for 2+. Amazing experience! The apartment is spacious and extremely cozy especially for a single person living in a room bedroom. My neighbors are extremely friendly. My maintenance request are always handled in a timely and efficient manner. By far, one of the best, If not the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. 10/10 hands down!
