This a cool spot to be. Office staff always on point. Davina been real helpful and on point and big ups to Josue he really be handling business up there as far as maintenance go 💪🏾💪🏾

I have lived at Royal Palm Terrace Apartments in Bradenton for two years and the experience has been alarming from the start. Serious maintenance issues—plumbing leaks, electrical problems, black mold in the bathroom and window seals, and ongoing roach infestations—remain unresolved despite repeated written requests. Last summer I went seven days without air-conditioning after the maintenance worker said it was not an emergency. The stove stops working and is only patched instead of replaced, and the kitchen light flickers no matter how many times bulbs are changed. The lease lists a garage I never received, and late fees are higher than the lease allows. Staff turnover is constant and communication is poor. We lived at Royal Palm Terrace for a year, and it was one of the worst living experiences we’ve ever had. From day one, we had a severe fruit fly infestation—not just a few, but armies getting into food, water, toothbrushes, and dog bowls. Miss Davina at the front desk blamed everything except the real cause: our plants, our dogs (claiming they had fleas, which they didn’t—and fleas don’t fly), or our sink (which was always clean). The true cause was a ceiling leak in the laundry room (where we didn’t even have machines yet). We reported the smell for weeks and were told “nothing stinks.” Water finally started leaking from a brown, wet ceiling spot. It took a year for them to address it, and we were told the problem came from third-floor residents not using their AC, causing clogged line

Living there is fine, the second you wanna leave they want to hit you with every fine possible to keep your deposit and try to charge you more for “paint” and anything else they can think of regardless of how immaculate you leave the apartment. Many apartments have roaches. Petty fines by the golf cart guard doesn’t help either. Would not reccomend. It’s basically living in an expensive ghetto.

Absolutely appalled by management! After being an ideal resident for 4 1/2 years, I received a notice of non renewal. Giving me 60 days to move during the holidays. I’m a black single woman so you can imagine the struggles. The year before moving I received a 23% rent increase and lack of care. My apartment experienced water damage due to Hurricane Ian, it was infested with roaches, and bats. Manager stated because I have a big dog pest control will not enter. Even though my pets were put up. I hired movers and had the apartment professionally cleaned. I left gracefully. Upon moving out I received a $1500 final statement. Very upsetting and I definitely feel targeted. Especially after receiving a notice of non renewal for no reason.
