Royal Palm Apartment

Terrible... All the way from neighborhood to former management. First, the people around the area are rude and dirty. We were transferred over here from Summerwinds because they had roaches... we got here and the problem with roaches continues. EVERY Washing Machine and dryer is either broke or close to it. Their emergency maintenice number doesn't work on top of the little thing from people smoking on the steps of the apartments to the apartments not giving notice when the water gets shut off overall its bad. The apartments look nice at first glance but there are alot of issues. I've put in a bunch of work orders for a lot when I was put in. My lease is over here and this roach infested place will be out of my familes life. The new manager takes care of your needs but its not her fault sh

If it had negative stars I would def put that for here; for starters these apartments are ghetto as hell and the tenants are loud... the kids be out infront loud playing all night and I'm like where are the parents? This place has roaches like No other!!! I can say the roaches are my roommates because it's infested bad!!! They send a terminator here every month and it don't work.... it's just trash thrown everywhere like it's the waste management itself smh.... this place is a hot ass mess and once I move out I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody unless you like living with roaches....

Aparment is great but the surroundings are horrible not safe and not good to have a brand new car parked in the lot it will get damaged ..lots of fights and loud discussons

DO NOT RENT HERE! I'd give this place ZERO START! 🖕🏿 This place!
