Royal Oaks Apartments

I live out of state and use this apartment complex while I work in Alabama. I lived here from 2018 to 2020 when I left and was reassigned to Alabama in 2023 I came directly back to Royal Oaks for the quiet atmosphere and the cleanliness. Very few children and mostly young and Middle Age adults. Anytime you have a problem the maintenance crew are on top of it. My neighbors are so cool I really enjoy living here. I have no complaints.

Four stars only because everywhere you move to will never be 5 stars all the time. That being said I lived at Royal Oaks about 14 years +/- and I loved living there. I saw a few staff move up or move on. There were maintenance staff going through some really tough medical stuff and still show up for care of the ground and residents. The grounds always looked really good. The buildings went through a few updates. And a salt water pool. Although I never used the pool, it was clean. I would definitely recommend living at Royal Oaks.

Connie is probably the best landlord you will get in this area of Hoover. She's a woman or her word very helpful person.

Been here 4 years. Maintenance is great, good neighbors, peaceful environment, and good amenities.

This was my daughter's first apartment experience living on her own. The property managers and maintenance staff provide outstanding service to all of their tenants. The property manager goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to keeping all of the tenants informed of pertinent information pertaining to the grounds. There is a pool, fitness center, tennis courts and a built library box that provides free books to read, all on the premises and within walking distance. The atmosphere is quiet, peaceful and the grounds are clean. Since my daughter has graduated, she will be moving to another state to advance her career. I thank God for providing this safe place for my daughter to stay during her time attending Jefferson State Community College.
