I have been living in this complex over 10 years and my experience has been great so far! I haven't encountered any major issues with my apartment and management has been very helpful! The super for my complex ( Kyle) has been very helpful and goes above and beyond to fix and resolve any issues that come up in my apartment. Every time I request his assistance to help, he doesn't hesitate to offer the solution and provide a date and time to come in to fix it. I give him a lot of credits for taking care of our complex! Thank you so much Kyle!

Michelle at Wydnmoor apartments is absolutely a gem. Made the process of applying and viewing our apartment so easy. 12/10 customer service personality and ease ! Thank you so much, if I could give 6 stars I would.

In general, Royal Gardens is a great place to live! But I am writing to emphasize the reliability of Kyle, the community’s Super. His ability to maintain a true “whistle-while-you-work” demeanor is admirable. Each time we’ve needed his assistance, it’s felt like we were his only job for the day, and the quality of his work is second to none.

Kyle at Royal Gardens has been extremely helpful in getting myself situated in my new unit. He’s been so quick to resolve any and all of my maintenance requests! His work has been greatly appreciated :)
