Summerhill Gardens

Do yourself a favor and don’t live here. The elevators were constantly broken, making daily life frustrating and unreliable. The parking setup is clearly an afterthought—there are only four guest spaces shared across four buildings, which is completely inadequate. The walls are extremely thin; I could regularly hear neighbors’ conversations and music. The HVAC units barely worked, even during extreme temperatures. Most concerning, residents frequently smoked on their balconies, and the smoke traveled directly into my daughter’s bedroom. This has had a lasting impact on her health and well-being, which is unacceptable.

Overall a great place to live! We have been living here for over 2 years and have really enjoyed our time here. The apartments are basically brand new and very spacious. The tenants here vary from families to couples/singles and everyone here is fairly courteous and nice. The area is also perfect. It's right across the street from Shoprite and CVS, and pretty much everything you need is under 10 min away off of Route 18. The road is pretty busy, but walking around the complex area is safe and great if you have a pet or kids, I always see people out walking their dogs or kids playing/riding bikes outside the complex. It's a nice community! Nicole from maintenance is great! She is always quick to respond to maintenance issues and is very knowledgeable when it comes to fixing problems quickly

I’ve been living at Summerhill gardens for about a year and a half now and love it. Apartment complex was pretty much brand new when I moved in. The apartments are modern and clean. Rob the property manager is great, super responsive and cares about his tenants. In a safe area with lots of shops near by.

LEFT WITHOUT A WORKING AC FOR WEEK(S) IN 100 DEGREE HEAT WAVE. No word from management after 100's of calls. DON'T MOVE IN HERE. HVAC guys said my AC was days away from bursting into flames because of Rushmore Management. Only competent person is the maintenance supervisor Nicole. Day 8 sitting here with no AC. DON'T MOVE IN HERE I PROMISE YOU'LL REGRET IT. 6 other units have no AC - NO WORD FROM MANAGEMENT. I've filed several police reports against these shady people.

Summerhill Gardens, is a beautiful place. The apartments are clean and spacious. Quiet, friendly, family oriented environment. The common areas are always clean and well kept. Rob is always responsive to any requests and keeps the place running smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place.
