Welcome to Royal Crest Nashua: rent is sky-high, promises are fake, and disappointment is the only consistent amenity. Money? Overpriced. Took 8+ weeks, bounced checks, false charges, and endless lies just to get my own security deposit back. Corporate runaround = months of wasted time. Maintenance? Completely useless unless you count “help” as sexually harassing tenants, dumping leaves on cars, botched jobs negating the problem. Not to mention the plethora of typo-filled package codes from leasing staff. No action taken. Pests? $2,500/month gets you the full ZOO. Bugs, mice, and squirrels in the walls — one literally moved into my place like it paid rent. Their “solution”? Ignore it. Water & laundry?
