Welcome to Royal Crest Nashua – where rent is high, expectations are low, and your hot water is a myth. Lived here for 4 years. Why? I ask myself that a lot. Maybe I liked the thrill of wondering whether I'd have hot water today, or maybe it was the rustic charm of water pouring into my bedroom every time it rained. Who needs a rain sound machine when your window is held in by tape and paint (see the Photos)? Bonus: the maintenance guy casually mentioned our water leak had been a problem for years in our unit. People drive through here like it’s the Indy 500. Speed bumps have not been maintained since 1976, no enforcement, and zero concern for pedestrians. Stepping outside your front door feels like a game of real-life Frogger. You honestly take your life into your hands just trying to w

Place is falling apart and they nickel and dime everything. They would charge you for the air you breathe if they could. Have a car and pay for parking? Good luck finding a spot but don't worry, they'll offer you an assigned spot for even more. Want a safe place for your kids to have fun outside? Better have a way to clean their shoes from everyone leaving their dog poop everywhere (there was one in front of the dog waste bin). Want to be able to breathe? Better get some gas masks due to the mold everywhere. The bathroom and kitchen vents don't do anything, there's mold in common areas, the concrete and brick stairs are falling apart, and they have little grills scattered around for people to use but the bottoms are rotted so if your kid gets curious and touches one I hope they're up to d

I lived at Royal Crest for two years. While I did enjoy the on-grounds pool and gym, there were many difficulties I experienced. The parking is horrific. You pay $18 for parking, but this is essentially just so you can park in the lot where you live. If you want an assigned spot you pay extra, so what am I paying for? There is no one policing the lots so people who do not have passes are constantly parking there and parking illegally. If you want a spot near your place? Forget about it. I constantly had to park several lots down and in the winter it’s awful. I remember coming home late once and had to park nearly a half mile or more away and I nearly slid into a car trying to get into the spot. I never wanted to leave my apartment for fear of not having a parking spot. The ice is also horr

Since November 6th, I have been attempting to contact Sandy regarding a reserved parking space that became available. She left a voicemail about it, but despite my repeated calls, I have not been able to reach her. Each time I call, I am informed that I will receive a call back, but I have not yet received a response. Hazim is always courteous when I call, but the new employee, Melissa, is extremely rude and unhelpful. I kindly request that you hire more compassionate and competent individuals to handle these situations. With a new management company, I expect to see the grounds be more well-maintained and the office employees replaced by individuals who genuinely care and are not just here for a paycheck or rent discounts. I have noticed that this establishment frequently makes promises w

If you are thinking of living in the Royal Crest of Nashua NH, think 2.3 times beforehand. This place is the beginning of the Apocalypse. Here weekly there is theft in vehicles, there are no security cameras, there is no security. In the apartments, in winter the hot water is hidden, the cleaning is horrible, your orders from Amazon and other companies will be stolen and it is no use contacting the office, nor the company that manages this great Lixao called Royal Crest. Unfortunately, I am forced to stay here as long as my lease is in force. To the future residents, my condolences!!
