Royal Crest Apartments

Nice apartment but does not support basic needs as heat I have to relay on using my oven on extreme conditions . I tired of rent being raised when they can’t support living environment my apt was 54 degrees

I was a resident at Royal Crest Apartments since 2009-nearly 16 years!!! I was happy to call this place my home for my son and I. Of all the apartment complexes I've lived in NJ-this one is by far the best! It is quiet, neighbors keep to themselves, clean, and I always felt safe here with my son especially as a single parent. Furthermore, because of the on-site management such as the maintaince guys-they were the absolute BEST especially Craig (he went above and beyond for me over the many years I lived there and for that I am truly grateful). Terry and his wife MaryAnn are very sweet and you can tell they truly care about keeping the community safe and always got back to me in a timely manner regarding any maintaince issues I was having. All of my 4 years of living at Royal Crest it has been nothing but amazing. Such a great place to start a living. Great environment, clean, quiet, convenient shops and markets nearby. Management were always helpful. Roxana is the newest property manager and she is so kind, knowledgeable & just overall great person to speak with. Shoutout to the maintenance team!!! All of the guys were so helpful during my years there! So quick to help and fix any issues that you may have! So respectful of your home and update you on everything. Truly will miss this place and the crew! I completely recommend this to be your next place. Thank you Royal Crest!!!!

Update 4/22/25 - Tried unsuccessfully to move before having to renew our lease deadline that now has a 6% increase. All the decent places we looked at has a waiting list which we will not coincide with our time frame to leave here. The roach infestation still continues so in return they raise our rent 6%. I spoke to Jason in person with my concerns & issues but there was absolutely no negotiating with him to resolve my issues. I asked for a transfer since we’re forced to remain here. I was told yes but Ari said my rent will increase an additional $200/monthly for same exact style apt to keep up with market value. I was a resident for over 10 years. Always felt safe and at home there. The maintenance crew was always on top of requests and in a timely manner repairs were taken care of. Brianna at office was always there if you needed her. I highly recommend this as a great complex to call home. Andrea Angelico
