Royal Arms Apartments

Micaela and Danielle are the best for this complex. Micaela helped me so much to get into Royal Arms. I am so grateful for what she done, to find me an apartment to live in. I now have an apartment I can call my own. These two ladies deserves 5 stars in. running the complex. The maintenance guys are very efficient in fixing a problem. They helped me as well with the refrigerator.

I have lived at Royal Arms Apartment's for 26 years we have had many different office and maintenance staff over these 26 years. We have a great team and wonderful office staff and the maintenance staff is on top of everything. I haven't seen maintenance men like this in 16 years. Jake ,Robin & Eric rip Eric was one heck of a maintenance man and friend we miss him. Robin kept this place in shape Jake was a supervisor. Great times at the pool. If you keep to your self and only talk to people you you will be fine. Everywhere you go there's ignorance so you're an adult so be one you will fit in fine over here. Danielle and Micaela are great. They give snacks to the kids every Friday. They are really friendly. The main tannic men are always helpful. Great place to live.

I have lived here for a year. I have had no problems with pests. Pest control comes regularly. Maintenance is always fast and friendly. The management and staff do their best and are very professional. My apartment is comfortable and spacious. My family loves it here.
