My property is in great hands with the property manager and maintenance team. All of my maintenance requests have been handled quickly and efficiently. The customer service from the office team is exceptional and they genuinely care about ensuring both the residents and property owners are happy! I would highly recommend Royal American Management to anyone looking for a nice apartment.

I was a resident at oaktree apartments for years. It was my very first apartment. My apartment had lots of mold that was never dealt with but was painted over (in the bathroom) before a major inspection. I had limited access toy stove for years( only 2 of the burners worked) and I could not use the oven at all and my refrigerator went in and out. Not the best living conditions but I dealt with it because the apartments were income based and work for me and my children at the time. I recently moved and was still charged rent for a full rent a month and a portion of another month although I did not reside there. I spoke to the offices management in detail about the required move out procedures and they instructed me to provide a detailed later with my name, unit number and move out date. I

Currently rent a place managed by this company at promenade at grande park. Our back door has been rotted out due to a leak in the roof or wall for 5 months litterally can push the door in. Maintenance guy keeps telling us there’s nothing he can do and the company won’t pay a contractor to fix our door so we are SOL. They hire a mow crew that blows rocks and sticks all over your car so expect to spend money on repainting your car once again not royal americas problem because the employees here need to cut costs to get a bonus, literally if your employees bonuses come before maintaining properties properly especially at the rate they charge for these garbage heaps then I’m surprised half these apartments are still standing. Bottom line don’t rent here unless you want a broken apartment that

My local Management does what they can, but the regional office does not answer phone or return calls. TV cable rarely works. Maintenance is awful - disgusting carpeting and fogged up windows haven’t been replaced in 35 years. Pretty sure the air ducts have never been cleaned. Sloppy caulking is their solution to deteriorating cabinets and counters as well as curling linoleum, because home office will not approve necessary repairs. Landscaping and trash removal are very good, so one star for that! Otherwise, zero.
