Income based, like most housing in Johnstown. If you actually work in this town and don’t want to own a house then good luck finding something.
Don’t expect office manager to answer the phone or text or emails. She doesn’t respond either. Don’t know what she does all day but apparently she’s too busy to do her job
Just checking in a buddy after a power failure. Had to help him with a computer issue. It's a nice place.
Stay away, no real maintenance and several issues with the apartments.
