I was totally happy and confident with picking this Real Estate agency. Addyson was such a big help for me. I want to thank her for everything she has done for me all through all this process by the paperwork , calls, emails, dealing with the banks and everything. She’s loves her job and will guide you through all the steps necessary to make sure you’re comfortable with everything. Jill was kind and professional to and I want to thank her as well for assisting us with the housing process. I highly recommend this agency if you’re interested in purchasing a house. There is no timeline and you can take as much time as you need until you find the right house.

Stay away from Keller Williams in Johnstown and Pittsburg PA. I used two agents Diane Roberts in Johnstown and Kenneth Girty in Pittsburg. Diane started off very nice, I was an out-of-state buyer and seller. Diane looked at a house before purchase and took videos . I thought she was being kind by bringing her friend/contractor Dace Ludwig without me asking to look at the property. They told me it needed a new roof. I didn't want to pay for anything but I didn't want the house to get destroyed so I agreed to get a roof and other recommendations from Dace. I thought work had been done, I paid him what I thought was owed to him. When it came time to sell Diane listed it, but she didn't tell me nothing had been done to the house. I asked and she ignored the questions and would pretend like her

We had a great experience working with Diane Roberts while buying our home. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and an expert on details. Diane handled all the work needed for our closing, which made our life easier since we were out-of-state. She, also, agreed to sell our camp property in PA, which was over 3 hours away. One of the highlights of our time working with Diane, was to discover I had known her VT grandparents. It's a small world!
